….you sit by the lake and watch the setting sun reflect in the ripples and sink into the early evening blue on the horizon. Its last rays color the sky golden to a deep cognac color and the distant sailboats return to the harbor like white birds….
The common element of all designs is nature and the sun.
The project is dominated by a warm cognac color with cooler shades of blue, which are complemented by shades of brown and off-white.
Since the design reflects the moods of nature, I also wanted to introduce into it organic shapes that are inherent to nature and will be a pleasant contrast to the mass of the building itself.
Walls – paintings cool light sand/light smoky ecru/off-white, use of wallpaper on one of the walls of the living space (botanical or structured, warm golden)
Windows – curtains folded white/smoke, curtains folded white/cognac/smoke ecru-feeling of a warm sunset.
Furniture-some pieces undulate with organic shapes
Carpet – seating: to contrast with the color and texture of the sofa or armchair
Lighting – whimsical golden glass smaller balls near the seating area,
above the dining table-organic veneer lamp in Bava white, possibly glass
Accessories – wooden and golden
The design is created with regard to color and shape
